Joey Wilson

Family Members

Adeline Wilson née Kane: Joey's mother. She trained him in combat and brought him along on missions with her mercenary group, Searchers Inc. She has a very close relationship with him, and they spent a lot of time together prior to his joining the Titans. Important interactions are in New Teen Titans Era. Some are also present in Deathstroke (2016), around the Defiance arc in particular.
Slade Wilson: Joey's father and the most famous member of the family. Slade is the mercenary Deathstroke. He and Joey had a positive relationship historically, although these days their relationship is more troubled. Important interactions occur in New Teen Titans, Teen Titans (2003), and Deathstroke (2016). Almost every comic with Joey in it more than a couple of times will have them interact.
Grant Wilson: Joey's brother. He dies almost as soon as he is introduced in New Teen Titans (long before Joey is introduced). You'll normally see him in flashbacks. He and Joey have a slightly adverserial relationship. The best place to see their past interactions beyond a single page in New Teen Titans is the first few issues of Deathstroke (2016).
Rose Wilson: Joey's half-sister. Her mother is Lili Worth a.k.a. "Sweet Lili." She becomes close with Joey soon after meeting him, but after that point, their relationship has many ups and downs. This is typically due to shifting alignments and/or character deaths. They have important interactions in Teen Titans (2003) as well as Deathstroke (2016).
Respawn: Joey's sort of half-brother. He is a clone of Damian but also has Slade's D.N.A. and views Slade as a father. I don't believe he and Joey ever meet, although I could have forgotten this.

Friends / Titans

Dick Grayson: Dick and Joey had a tight-knit relationship. Dick was the first Titans that Joey met, and they spent a lot of time together. Dick was the only character who had an on-panel conversation with Joey completely in ASL. When Joey died, Dick was extremely upset and fought with Slade about it.
Raven: Joey and Raven grew very close during their time on the Titans together. They had a strong bond, deepened by their empathy towards each other. She, like the other Titans, went out of her way to learn ASL to communicate with Joey. He was also very involved in finding her mother and helping when Azarath was destroyed. You'll see them interacting in the New Teen Titans. She also gave him a new body during Titans (2003), though they don't have many scenes together there.
Garfield Logan: Garfield really seemed to enjoy Joey's company (and vice versa). You'll see them interacting during New Teen Titans.
Victor Stone: Vic and Joey had a positive relationship. Joey volunteered at the school for the disabled where one of Vic's love interests worked. You'll primarily see them interact during New Teen Titans, though they have a few interactions during Teen Titans (2003) and Titans (2008).
Donna Troy: Donna and Joey were close during their tenure on the Titans together.
Koriand'r: Although there was a brief moment of romantic tension between them, Joey and Kory were largely platonic friends with a strong bond.
Roy Harper: Honestly, they don't interact very much, but Roy and Joey were going to establish a new Teen Titans team during Titans (2008) before New 52 hit and that is so important to me, personally, that I included him.
Kole: Kole and Joey bonded quickly over their childhoods and perhaps mutual attraction. However, Joey turned Kole down when she propositioned him, and she died shortly after.

Other Notable Associates

William "Billy" Wintergreen: Friend and sometimes manservant of Joey's father, Slade. They have an amicable relationship most of the time. However, they do not have many interactions. Notable moments include Joey beheading William in Teen Titans (2003) and some time spent together in Deathstroke (2016).
David "Ish" Isherwood: Friend of Joey's father, who Joey had a sexual/romantic relationship with (and seems to have cheated on Étienne with?). They have a very complicated relationship. At one point, Ish threatens to out Joey, and Joey turns off his flight suit and nearly kills him. All of their interactions are in Deathstroke (2016).
Penelope "Penny" Lord: Joey's fiancée from Teen Titans Spotlight #3-6. They met in Monte Carlo. Her father worked for H.I.V.E. On the night Joey proposed, she faked her own death (unrelated to the proposal), and Joey was distraught enough not to paint for a year. She returned after her husband was abducted two years later and is a sort of femme fatale. They part on terrible terms.
Étienne "Eddie": Joey's first fiancée from Deathstroke (2016). She was his sign language interpreter and also working for Amanda Waller to spy on his father. She cheated on him with Slade. Rose killed her the night before the wedding.
Terrence "Terry": Joey's second fiancé from Deathstroke (2016). Terry is a Deaf man who Joey met while shopping with his teammate, Ace West. Terry thought that Joey was too involved in his family and that they were ruining his life. They were engaged for a short period, before Terry decided to leave Joey for failing to meet his ultimatum to stop getting involved with the family. Joey mind-controlled Terry for a period of time, and they are likely broken up now.
